At LUMA NUTRITION, we want you to feel as good as you look in our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
